Performs documentation and operation support tasks assigned to him/her, carries out their controls. Prepares documents completely and without errors.
It is the duty to prepare relevant documents completely and on time.
It is the duty to prepare the reports requested in business processes at the specified time.
Acts in a way that does not allow for delays in service in relations with suppliers.
Takes precautions to prevent errors and other situations that may cause material damage to both official authorities and the customer.
Acts in accordance with the company’s internal procedures in filing.
Participates in department meetings.
Participates in trainings related to his/her department.

Carries out other temporary assignments given by his/her Managers when needed in other matters related to operations & documentation.Exemption TypeExempt (Salaried)Job Requirements

Preferably a graduate from the relevant departments of universities
At least 5 years of maritime experience in the international logistics sector
Successful in human relations
Prone to teamwork
Proficient in English
