Recruit new staff to the team on each floor, train and supervise them2. Control the quality of hotel cleaning services according to Ibis standards3. Supervise room maintenance services in accordance with the 15-minute customer satisfaction guarantee together with the technical team.4. Manage the stocks of hotel textiles, cleaning products and welcome gifts5. Ensure hygiene and safety in guest rooms and public areasQualifications1. Coaching and motivation skills2. Attention to detail and quality3. Good financial management skills4. Flexibility and ability to respond to needs immediately5. Confidentiality6. Diplomacy and self-control7.   • At least High School or equivalent graduate,
  • Intermediate English preferred
  • 2-5 years of work experience
