- Monitors new memberships, responds to member requests promptly, and ensures a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Provides detailed information about Infinia and promotes it effectively.
- Analyzes the point system of all Rixos hotels and works in line with sales targets. Increases guest loyalty and contributes to achieving sales goals.
- Analysis local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads,
- Organizing sales call programs, visitings existing and potential clients in order to drive business, pruduce demand, collects inquiries.
- To obtain full knowledge of Competitors products to understand the market place and maximize the profit
- To build strong working relationships with our clients and develop an understanding of their specific needs and requirements concentrating on larger accounts to develop future/repeat business for the Hotel
- To ensure maximisation of sales and revenue by being aware of all sales opportunities
- Carry out daily effective physical sales activities, with a number of quote instructed by Manager,
- Provide an average of 24 hours response to all companies/accounts & ISO's requests,
- Continuous update of mailing list and account / contact profiles of his/her account base,
- Prepare company contracts in accordance with current business and pricing conditions,
- Work within current business strategies and recognizing potential opportunities,
- Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business into the specific hotel / cluster and to increase market / customer share in all revenue streams,
- Corporate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs,
- Conduct site, inspections and entertainment
- Schedule and develop sales activities, maintaining and developing customers in the region or industry according to the plan,
- Attend Sales events, as required,
- Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner,
- Welcome key customers, team leaders and VIPs when they arrive as required.
- University degree in a related discipline is preferred.
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English, Russian, and Arabic.
- Preferably with luxury brand experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
