Here, you will make an impact by:Drive EHS active visible ownership and leadership of results within the operations of the plant.Leading a team of employees dedicated to making products to enhance homes and improve lives for people around the world.Leading operational excellence at our Turkey sites through conscientious management and decisive actions in environment, health, safety, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, cost, and employee relationsOverseeing plant environment, health, safety, and security practices that respect our environment, meet requirements established by regulatory bodies, protect our employees, and align with company expectations.Drive continuous improvement activities by using appropriate methodologies.Ensure appropriate supply chain performance (through the eyes of the customer) through responsiveness, delivery performance, capacity management, supplier management.Drive sustainable improvements in factory cost through application of Continuous Improvement, entitlement thinking, yield improvement and plant productivity considering all global extended supply chains.Partner with the global business teams to insure strong alignment of plant goals, metrics and targets with the business/division targets.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higherAt least five (5) years of manufacturing experienceThree (3) years of supervisory and/or management experienceAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience in Operations ManagementExpert knowledge and experience in production management, lean manufacturing and materials controlStrong Communication and Change Management skillsExperience being a Manager/Supervisor in a union environmentExperience in Lean manufacturing methodologies in driving supply chain improvement.=== PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR RESUME IN ENGLISH ===Location: Cerkezkoy/CorluRemote Type: On-SiteRelocation package: Is not authorizedTravel: May include up to 10%Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
