Responsible for the delivery of projects on time, budget, and quality.
Drive schedule and deliverables with engineering, procurement, site team, and further project functions.
Deliver the project in line with the EHS rules and regulations and maintain zero harm.
Maintain communication with customers, key suppliers, 3rd party contractors, management, and other stakeholders.
Lead project teams and direct subject matter experts, support functions, and third-party partners to execute customer projects and achieve project targets.
Ensure compliance with standards, rules, and regulations. set up a framework to regularly check compliance in projects and with subcontractors.
Responsible for executing projects effectively to meet financial targets using framework guidelines and acting by Siemens business conduct guidelines.
Drive overall project planning and decide on the allocation of resources. build and maintain project timeline. align landmarks between the customer and internal partners.
Develop and guide project/program solution plans for complex projects or programs.
Initiate actions to avoid or minimize non-conformance costs and seize opportunities to improve project financials. negotiate contract change orders and claims.
Define the schedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity, and resource allocation management.
Support preparing budgets and forecasts for projects (e.g., order entry, revenue, gross margin).
Identify and assess opportunities and risks, define suitable measures for reducing risks or realizing opportunities, and take precautions for remaining risks.
Monitor project progress identifying and mitigating risks and Issues and escalating where appropriate within Siemens management.
Ensure the implementation of quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle through effective implementation of the Siemens quality assurance process.
Interface with the sales team and, as required, deliver Siemens tenders as part of an early-involved expert. Including the development of project-specific execution strategies and other deliverables which may form part of a tender submission.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/ Electronic / Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Rail Infrastructure or relevant project/site management experience.
Experience in the delivery of projects through the full project life cycle.
Development and implementation of innovative project execution strategies
Commercial awareness, able to contribute to commercial and contractual issues, drawing upon experience with railway/engineering contracts.
Experience in leading (disciplinary or functional) team members.
PMP certificate, and IPMA degree in is an advantage.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Turkish citizen
