- Plans and deploys the understanding of customers’ businesses and needs to the Customer Experience organization
- Ensures consistent delivery to the logistics needs of our Global KC and Runway customers. . Responsible for providing consistent high-quality experience for new and existing customers
- Contributes to the commercial growth through proactive search of new opportunities.
- Drives and builds strong relationships with customers, strengthens our footprint with Global KC and Runway customers.
- Understands overall nature of the business and the interdependencies between own and other functions
- Owns customer feedback via different channels and initiates conversations with relevant stakeholders on how to improve together
- Develop objectives and related KPIs together with the team, reviews performance and identifies possible issues to provide a better service
- Drives overall continuous improvement opportunities and change management
- Routinely applies subject matter knowledge to solve common business issues operating within practices and procedures covered by precedents or well-defined policies
- University Degree
- At least 8 years of experience in Ocean/Supply Chain Management
- Strong leadership skills in a changing environment and is comfortable with ambiguity
- Previous expereince in a matrix working environment is an asset
- Proficiency with analytical business management
- Excellent communication skills to manage multi-number internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced level of Turkish, English and MS Office Programs
