- Define and ensure guidelines are correctly applied at local level (e.g. procedures, Control Plan, etc.)
- Promote FSQ culture within respective country by taking part in governance meetings
- Propose improvements to existing guidelines and methodologies based on local constraints and applicability (industrial, procurement)
- Define coordination mechanisms to guarantee alignment among local resources (e.g. governance)
- Coordinate FSQ resources along the whole Hazelnut value chain, ensuring control at Country level
- Oversee suppliers, plants and warehouses, as well as 3rd Party suppliers
- When required, support central function and other Hazelnut Company geographies to be aligned in methodologies / labs / audit…
- Define and monitor KPIs to update Hazelnut Company Board about FSQ activities
- Be responsible for incidents and non-conformities management in coordination with Plant Food Safety Quality Manager and Group FSQ Hazelnut to ensure a prompt and effective response
- Interact with B2B Customers (audits and visit management)
- Maintain relationship with local health authorities, category associations, institutions that impact Food Safety and Quality and inform Group Hazelnut FSQ and other impacted central functions
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Food Engineering / Engineering or Chemistry
- Preferably 15+ years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced problem solving, analytical and presentation skills
- Strong communication and team management skills, able to work in a multicultural environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Turkish
- No travel restriction
