
Senior Media Manager, Consumer Products

- Create strategic plan at Consumer Products Division level and guide relevant teams at brand/category level
- Communicate Corporate Digital Marketing frame to division, including media guidelines, partnerships, and innovation strategies, ensuring alignment with Zone and Division
- Supervise & steer 360 full-funnel media planning, driving channel strategy in collaboration with brand, e-commerce and Corporate Digital Marketing teams
- Oversee the execution of all media campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment, budget efficiency, and adherence to ROI & Golden Rules
- Act as the main point of contact for cross-brand and multi-divisional digital projects, covering media, search and 1P activation
- Develop measurement testing frameworks with agencies to ensure effective GLA application and performance tracking
- Organize and lead regular meetings (weekly check-ins, kick-offs with Brands & Agencies) to ensure strategic alignment and external media agency steering
- Manage and mentor the Media team, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their expertise
- Foster continuous improvement by equipping teams with the right tools and methodologies to navigate the evolving media landscape
- Minimum 9 years of experience in media and digital functions
- Excellent communication skills in English
