Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proficiency in MS SQL, EDI, FTP, and web services integration.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to manage and implement IT systems effectively.

Minimum 2 years of experience in related IT Field.

Job Description

Provide technical support for WMS, TMS, and other IT applications to ensure smooth operations.

Act as a key contributor to new WMS project implementations, including system setup, integration, and deployment.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during system implementation and maintenance phases.

Ensure all IT activities align with approved processes and company standards.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, suppliers, and data integration teams.

Monitor and optimize IT systems to improve operational efficiency and sustainability.

Maintain accurate inventory tracking within IT systems and ensure timely updates.
