You will play a central role in connecting performance metrics, user journey analysis, and in-app behavior tracking to business KPIs. You'll work closely with data strategy, product, CRM, and marketing teams to deliver actionable dashboards, insights, and experimentation frameworks.Skills and ExperienceLead end-to-end app analytics implementation, including tracking plans, tagging, and QA (e.g., GA4, Firebase, Adjust, or similar).Define and manage key performance metrics across acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention stages.Translate raw app usage data into business insights and product recommendations.Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using tools like Looker Studio, BigQuery, or Tableau.Work closely with data engineers and developers to ensure accurate event tracking and data collection.Collaborate with product & marketing teams and CRO team to design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments.Monitor and report on user funnels, drop-off points, and feature usage to improve UX and app engagement.Support media performance tracking in the app ecosystem, including MMP data integrations (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer).Contribute to the development of attribution models and cross-channel measurement strategies.Stay up-to-date with analytics tools, privacy regulations, and trends in mobile analytics.Qualifications4+ years of experience in digital analytics, with at least 1+ years focused on mobile apps.Deep knowledge of tools like GA4, Firebase, Adjust, or Appsflyer.Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or similar platforms is a strong plus.Strong understanding of mobile UX, app KPIs, and customer journey metrics.Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, UX, and media.Comfortable communicating complex data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong English communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.Why Join Us?Help shape the app analytics vision for leading retail brands.Be a key part of Choreograph's analytics center of excellence within WPP Media.Work with cutting-edge tools and large-scale retail app data.Collaborate with international teams and gain exposure to global best practices.Enjoy a dynamic, hybrid work environment with a strong learning culture.Life at WPP Media & BenefitsOur passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we're just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
