Advocate our services and solutions to existing customers and prospects.
Drive and promote the value of solutions for customer business challenges – create, articulate and sustain value
Determines customer business and technical requirements in advance and performs regular off-site/on-site meetings. Regular customer visits, travel to conferences and other relevant events as required
Comprehension of rapidly evolving competitive technologies and how they compare/contrast or complement our offerings
Communicate customer-specific value of solutions
Work with teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers
Delivers and customizes technical presentations and demonstrations
Provides value-based, technical support throughout the sales cycle to drive opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
5 to 8 years of experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or technical consulting in customer-facing roles
2+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, solution architecture, software architecture
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
Expert-level presentation, customer service, business acumen and negotiation skills at all levels of customer engagement
Excellent Spoken English Skills with persuasive communication abilities
