Supports sales and the distribution channel and manage complaints and other issues affecting customer orders. May lead a team.

Enter and monitor customer orders in the system.
Ensure data accuracy in the system and follow up on updates.
Manage shipment processes and provide information to customers.
Act as the first point of contact in daily communication with customers.
Coordinate with relevant departments to improve business outcomes.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
