- Take ownership of the regional assortment and product performance, ensuring alignment with both B2B and B2C objectives.
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships to analyze, report, and build product strategies.
- Manage and optimize the buying budget plan for your region together with the Product Lead at a higher regional level, ensuring sell-through performance and stock levels meet local market demands.
- Take full accountability for delivering budget plans, spotting risks and opportunities, and overseeing these matters while keeping partner needs at the center.
- Conduct frequent meet-ups and follow-ups with partners to ensure strong collaboration and achieve maximum results.
- Monitor the available buying budget for future orders, benchmark against the competition, and guide purchasing decisions to secure the best-performing assortment.
- Focus on store presence, proximity, and standards follow-up.
- Collaborate with regional teams on packages, preselection, orders, checks, and exchanges.
- Gather local market feedback to improve products.
- Manage order appointments and finalization (with ~70% of the assortment coming from the Product Lead).
- Provide store feedback to the regional team for product improvement.
- Exchange with partners (together with the Country RPM) for performance checks and action plans.
