- Managing all HR process such as recruitment, promotion, retention, employee relations and disciplinary actions of all positions,
- Main objectives are filling the vacancy positions with right people in all field level, managing HR process to reduce turnover and increase retention, ensuring employee relations disciplinary process is proceeding according to our company rules, ensuring all recruitments & promotions within the budget,
- Supporting L&D and Payroll team about related issues.
- Bachelors or Master's Degree,
- Experience in Human Resources at least 5 years in managerial role
- Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills
