Job Overview:We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team. The Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for performing quality assurance assessments on products, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and processes while ensuring customer satisfaction.Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in chemistry of a university
At least 1-3 years of experience with quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or laboratory setting
Good knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools and familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to the industry (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA regulations)
Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Knowledge of analytical techniques and causative research skills
Extremely strong relationship management abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced in MS-Office applications
Able to reside in Kocaeli and Istanbul (Asia) region prefably Pendik, Gebze, Tuzla

Responsibilities:

Sample testing, report writing, data entry, and sample submission to other labs and external vendors
Performs routine and non-routine analysis of, raw materials, in-process and finished products during release or stability testing
Performs assays for qualifying raw materials and for release or stability testing of in-process and finished products
Responsible for managing laboratory documentation including the creation, issuance, and archiving of test data packets, test requests, and other QC related documentation.
Perform lab support activities such as supplies inventory management, supplies ordering and replenishing, managing services requests for Lab equipment, kitting, glassware washing, dehydrogenation of labware, autoclaving, and lab wastes removal.
PH measurement, Other analytical qualitative and quantitative determinations
At the direction of the QC Manager, assist with overseeing the day-to-day operation of the QC Lab while working in cooperation with the Lab Intern, and Senior Lab Specialist to ensure Quality standards are maintained.
Understands and follows documents relevant to responsibilities, Work flows, Work Instructions, Checklists, Batch Records, and Logs
Maintenance and Calibration of lab equipment like, FTIR, XRF, Refractometer, Titrators, Thermometers, pressure gauge.
