Job Family: StrategyReq ID: 412523Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our strategy team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in governance across sales, service, and strategy within the SI Business. Responsibilities include developing strategic approaches and initiatives for overall SI sales & marketing, service, and business development (BD) topics.What part will you play?Take a governance role in sales, service, and strategy within the SI Business, crafting strategic approaches and initiatives for overall SI sales & marketing, service, and business development (BD) topics.Develop and continuously refine sales roadmaps and customer intimacy plans.Conduct ongoing customer data and dashboard analysis to make impactful decisions and provide advisory support to the business units.Provide consultancy support to various businesses, including conducting market, competitor, and customer analysis, as well as BD projects.Assist strategy & BU leads in corporate initiatives, local value-added projects, and decision-making support.Research and analyze external reports to provide market foresight and forecasting studies, enhancing market knowledge, and facilitating coordination between headquarters and local businesses.Follow up on, support, and report Corporate Strategic Initiatives.Collaborate closely with SI Business Units (BUs) and SI functions to identify, analyze, and understand key challenges and opportunities, formulating strategic responses for long-term business success.Manage and/or contribute to SI-wide strategic projects and initiatives, including digital transformation and CRM maturity.Maintain regular communication with global stakeholders and report project updates to strategy & associated functional leads (e.g., IT, commercial, finance, marketing).Preparation of management briefings and presentations: Assisting the strategy team in preparing briefing materials for sales boards, service boards, company executives, and providing inputs for ad-hoc requests in close cooperation with SI functions and BUs.Ensure transparency on key market developments, competitor moves, and technological trends as core inputs for strategy development and execution.Handle ad hoc questions and inquiries from various stakeholders.Business Intelligence: Understand and predict the development of SI’s business environment, monitor core competitors, and evaluate the SI market in cooperation with SI BUs.Demonstrate tech-savviness and a strong interest in cutting-edge technologies.What you need to make real what matters.1-3 years of experience in consultancy, sales, or marketing.Demonstrated potential to become a subject matter expert in sales & marketing, with aspirations to assume leadership roles within business units in the future.Strong orientation towards achieving results and maintaining quality, along with qualities such as innovation, clear thinking, change readiness, enthusiasm for learning and development, strategic judgment, excellent communication skills, and an analytical approach.Capacity to develop business acumen.Proficient in utilizing CRM & Microsoft Office tools including Salesforce, SAP, Excel & Power Point.Advanced proficiency in data analytics and digital maturity.Motivation to sell and cultivate business prospects.Previous experience in management consultancy, management, sales, or business development within Siemens-related markets is advantageous, though not mandatory.
