Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.We are looking for a ''Sales / Business Development Team Lead" for our global business partner, which provides digital IT solutions and support services for logistics companies, for its operation in Turkey.Responsibilities:
  • Searching and acquisition of companies for cooperation (personal plan + managers group plan): cold calls, personal meetings, drafting and signing contracts with clients;
  • Full client management from the first call to the signing of the contract + account management during the first 2 months;
  • Control of documentary support for the sales process and accounts receivable;
  • Collection of information about the client using checklists, filling in data in the CRM system;
  • Consultations on the services provided and analysis of feedback;
  • Formation of a team from scratch.
  • A playing coach - team leader will be 60% or more involved in own independent cold sales. Experience in cold sales / client acquisition is important.
  • A good understanding of the sales funnel, the ability to analyze it, set it up, train employees, see weak points and work on them.
  • Sales technology through identifying needs.
  • The ability to find a potential client on the market (internet, offline methods, specialized logistics platforms, purchasing databases).
  • Experience in building and training a sales team, developing employees.
Qualifications:
  • Graduated from relevant departments of universities
  • Effective cold sales in B2B minimum 3 years experience(ideally - services / digital / IT / Telecom);
  • Successful management experience;
  • Ability to build high-quality, sustainable communications with clients and the team;
  • Readiness for telephone negotiations,
  • Experience working with contract partners/dealers, building long-term relationships.
