If the answer is yes, then we wish to hear from you.We are looking for an innovative, digital-world follower, out of the box thinker Senior IT Analyst who will be responsible for managing Digital Solutions, Projects or Services to create value for our business partners.Main responsibilities of the role are:

Providing guidance to relevant departments to enable them to execute their strategic plans through the application of relevant principles, practices, standards, processes and tools within assigned scope
‘Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners
Adhering to relevant principles, practices, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services
Collaborating with global project and business engagement teams in order to rollout global applications and achieve application portfolio standardization/simplification by retiring relevant local applications
Understanding the IT Service delivery model, IT processes and IT portfolio of solutions both from local and global perspective
Act as IT service and solution facilitator for IT factory-based systems (Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse Management, Open+, Logistic supply chain)
Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to stakeholders at different level
Execute Digital Pillar activities (Align with Operations zero loss journey and boot performance by digital capabilities)

You:

Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, MIS or a relevant field
Have minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technologies
Strong experience in project management and execution of enterprise projects with Agile methodology and tools (Confluence, JIRA, SCRUM)
Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing solutions (Manufacturing Execusion Systems, Logistics Operations ,Track&Trace , Connectivity , Data Collection)
Strong technical expertise and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business
Strong experience in building VMs and managing SDI/EDGE infrastructure
Strong experience in building, managing and supporting BI Reports (Power BI,SSRS,Grafana and etc.)
Strong knowledge on MSSQL and/or PostgreSQL
Strong knowledge on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) implementation
Having background in a multinational working environment is a plus
Having experience in Gen AI & LLMs, including frameworks such as RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), Agents and Prompt Engineering is a plus
Strong English speaking, writing and communications skills including technical writing
Ability to engage with multi-functional and multi-national stakeholders, operate and deliver in a complex environment
Strong drive, analytical skills, customer focus and ability to work in and with teams
