Brenntag Kimya Turkey is looking for an Account Manager!Having entered the chemical distribution business in 1912, afterwards seeking a worldwide range of expansion meanwhile founded also in Turkey, in 2005; recording significant progress in the development of a continuous business focus with respect of quality and customer satisfaction now looks for hands-on Account Manager who will be an intricate part of the commercial perception, responsible for developing and delivering value-added sales activities to our company’s daily practice.Candidates who have comprehensive English speaking skill sets are welcomed to apply and send their CVs directly to sebnem.yilmaz@brenntag.comJOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIRED BUSINESS ACUMEN- Developing a growth & margin-oriented strategy focused both on lucrative financial gain and customer satisfaction upon Coating & construction, Plastic, Packaging, Paint and Ink raw materials and chemicals.- Directly being responsible of selling product groups of solvents, alcohols, glycols, amines and acids.- Promoting our products / new raw materials referring to the customer current projects or proactive approach to develop new business / tmarket presentations to the customers.- Research of the current market conditions and following the competitor prices and the competitor’s new launches.- Following the finance status /payment schedule of the customers.- Finding solutions to customer payment problems.- Searching new potential customers& decide on price and sales strategies.- Report to the suppliers quarterly with the customer feedback to the project pipelines, report the monthly sales figures and give feedback concerning the competition in the market /potentials.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, preferably from reputable universities.- 3-6 years of trackable experience in raw material chemicals sales.- Fluency in English is a must (English speaking skills shall be tested during the interview).- Excellent numeric and financial-reinterpretation skill set.- Ability to maintain long-lasting relations in customer management with excellent communication and process management skills.- Strong commercial outlook and sales approach to account management.Brenntag provides equal employment opportunities to qualified applicants and employees of all backgrounds and identities to create a workplace where difference is valued because it forms a resilient and more innovative organization.
