Advanced Drive Systems & Digitalization:

Utilize in-depth expertise in drive systems to boost operational precision and efficiency.Implement digital solutions such as remote monitoring, diagnostics, and automation to enhance safety and maximize operational effectiveness.

Technical Expertise & Support:

Deliver expert technical support and guidance on Siemens’ motion control digitalization solutions.Tackle complex challenges with innovative digital solutions, ensuring seamless application functionality.

Dynamic Project Management:

Lead cutting-edge projects that integrate digital tools for superior motion control applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pioneering solutions on schedule and within budget.

Customer-Focused Engagement:

Partner with clients to uncover their technical needs and provide bespoke digitalization and automation solutions.Showcase Siemens’ digital technologies through in-depth, on-site commissioning and demonstrations.

Comprehensive Training & Development:

Create and deliver in-depth training programs on digital technologies for both customers and internal teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and expertise building.What you need to make real what matters?

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in motion control engineering and applications for various industries.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing innovative motion control systems and successfully managing complex projects.
Proven experience in motion control engineering, with a focus on digital solutions tailored to motion control applications.
Proficiency in software development for automation systems, with strong knowledge of SINAMICS DRIVE systems, SIMATIC PLC, HMI, SCADA, and related digitalization technologies.
Visionary and strategic thinker with the ability to innovate digital solutions for motion control applications.
Exceptional problem-solving skills to tackle complex automation and control challenges.
Proficient in project management, with a commitment to implementing digital solutions that drive performance.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills to articulate the value of digital technologies to diverse stakeholders.
Fluent in English and Turkish, both written and verbal
Willingness to travel
