- Making necessary business and personal planning and coordination in line with the General Manager's tasks and projects,
- Keeping the meeting notes of various meetings, preparing various reports, presentations, research, and providing support as requried,
- Assisting the General Manager to complete various tasks effectively and within strict deadlines,
- Proficient in various Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
- At least 2 years of experience in a multinational company and in a similar position
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Turkish
- Project management and organizational improvement experience
- Good listening and note taking skills
- Excellent communicator
- Excellent collaborator that can link various departments
