Dare for Better.We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Line Specialist to join our team in Manisa Plant. The individual will directly report to Production Manager.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for following up and reporting the performance of the 3 PC lines (Basic, Oil, Seasoning Efficiencies, TE&NE, IPS).Track PC technicians’ performance and improve the technical capabilities of technicians and operators.Provide necessary annual and refresher trainings throughout the year.Communicate with the MOS (Manufacturing Operations Support) team to report PC Line KPIs, internal IPS, and share best practices.Lead and report on PC IPS global/internal audits and take actions for continuous improvement.Lead line capacity increase projects.Support the shift teams to meet consumer demands and produce the required tonnage on time by providing technical capability to the line.Lead, support, and organize PC process improvements as well as local and global projects.Collaborate with QC teams on quality issues, CQA actions, and technical trainings such as PAE and QW.Support R&D in new product trials and launches.Organize root cause analysis sessions with the team to eliminate downtimes, quality, and safety issues.Actively follow and attend 4-hourly, daily, and weekly QCDM meetings to improve line KPIs and workflow capabilities.Conduct periodic reviews with the Process BUET.Report downtime, maintenance costs, and project KPIs.Facilitate weekly downtime meetings with maintenance and other relevant teams to reduce unplanned downtime.Take responsibility for OPEX and CAPEX agendas, including writing capex proposals and tracking expenses.Monitor the relevant POH budget and ensure spending stays on target.Follow up on the plant’s lean agenda and lead improvement projects for the PC lines.Monitor relevant utilities and take action with the maintenance team when needed.Track production supplies and material stock levels.Attend monthly Food Safety and Quality meetings and follow up on related actions in responsible areas.Attend monthly H&S meetings and follow up on related actions in responsible areas.Take necessary actions in line with GEHSMS and ISO 50001 to fulfill system requirements for PC lines.Support PEP+ projects on PC Lines.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Food, Chemical, Industrial)
3–5 years of experience in relevant roles and industries.
Fluent in English & Turkish (written & spoken)
Ability to multi-task, work independently and eﬀective time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Decision maker and result oriented
Capability of working under stress.
Strong organization, coordination, training skills
