You'll mainly focus on executing content that resonates with Codeway's social media audience. If you're excited about content, pop culture, social media trends, and love turning creative ideas into real impact, this is your playground.This role is not just about ideas, it's about getting things done, on time, in a demanding environment.You'll be working closely with our Brand Communication Team to make sure each piece of content reflects Codeway's voice and values.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?
  • Support the execution of brand communication projects from concept to post
  • Assist in planning, shooting, editing, and publishing content for our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Contribute to internal culture storytelling by helping prepare content that brings Codeway's team spirit to life
  • Collaborate on writing creative copy for posts, stories, and more
  • Stay tuned into trending content, memes, and social moments and help turn them into unique, on-brand content
  • Help organize content workflows from photo selection and archiving to brief follow-ups and post coordination
  • Research and suggest new platforms or content creators that Codeway can collaborate with for authentic, creative projects
  • Monitor audience reactions and comments, and support social listening efforts to understand and track how people perceive the Codeway brand
  • You'll help shape how our events live on digitally, from teaser copy to merch stories
  • Contribute to event-related written assets from merch to event flow content, working closely with the event team when needed.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING?
  • Currently enrolled in the final year of university studies
  • A strong interest in content creation, branding, and social media
  • A sharp eye for compelling visuals and attention to execution details
  • Clear and engaging copywriting skills
  • Awareness of pop culture, internet humor, and TikTok/Instagram culture
  • Basic skills in video/photo editing tools (or a drive to learn quickly)
  • Fluent English and a natural tone in writing
  • A curious mind, a reliable work ethic, and a “let's make it happen” attitude
  • A collaborative spirit and the confidence to experiment, iterate, and grow

  • Are already active on social media and love visual storytelling
  • Have used tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or similar
