- At least 1 year experience Logistics or Supply Chain,
- Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues,
- Microsoft Office Programs knowledge,
- Minimum Advanced level of English both written and spoken
- High customer focus and teamwork spirit,
- Analytical and problem solving oriented,
- Systematic and regular work discipline, strong ability to follow,
- Strong communication skills,
- Customer-oriented, capable of taking initiative, when necessary,
- Planning the order in given time window to prevent any delay on delivery,
- Ensuring an efficient and proactive communication with related parties,
- Contacting the final customer to request a booking for delivery if needed,
- Following the delivery process and communicate with customers in order to solve issues about deliveries
- Defining and contributing to increase operational performance by generating/implementing projects, ideas and solution,
- Maintain OTM updated with the latest operational data and costs,
- Supports returns and refusals process from customers to DC,
- Building and managing the relationship with Customer's Local Contacts; DC Team and Customer Service Team
