- Understand and align with company priorities, make a solid periodic action plan and execute flawlessly in the responsibility area to achieve sales targets:
- Follow and execute monthly company priorities with planned resource
- Execute Picture of Success for all sales points.
- Achieve daily sales call targets and practise FAB (Features, Advantages and Benefits ) selling for success.
- Using the necessary sources of information, understand the potential of the resposiblity area, create LEAD and go for timely Sales Call to reach 100% of the area potential .
- Manage in area of responsibility to meet the sales targets with optimized resources and desired level of stock.
- Lead, coach, motivate and develop sales force aligned with company targets by daily/weekly performance tracking.
- Build complete Customer Plan to drive the overall business
- Track all the orders , invoice bookings , accruals and collection
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in retail market with success.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people and manage.
- Capacity to understand all sales functions i.e. CCSD (Channel Category Sales Development), Customer, Field – Had experience in managing Field Sales team
- Driving Licence is a must
- English is a plus
