Research and evaluate new supplier opportunities in Turkey, MENA, and Eastern Europe,
Identify, audit, and qualify new suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards,
Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Product Development teams,
Ensure suppliers meet sustainability and compliance requirements,
Keep supplier records updated in systems such as SAP ARIBA, Ecovadis, or Sedex,
Prepare regular performance and cost-saving reports.niteliklerBachelor's degree, (preferably in Engineering, Business, or a related field)
At least 5 years of sourcing/purchasing experience in international companies,
Fluency in English, Turkish and Arabic,
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP,
Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills,
Solution-oriented, innovative, and reliable,
A proactive approach with a strong interest in exploring new markets.
