Manage and execute day-to-day financial operations of foreign subsidiaries (

) including cashflow management, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis * Manage all meetings and communications with tax consultants in Mexico and the Netherlands

Coordinate workflow of foreign subsidiaries' tax declaration processes and provide relevant datasets to foreign tax consultants
Develop and implement efficient financial reporting processes to provide timely and accurate financial information to management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Analyze financial trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, MBA or relevant certification is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial operations, accounts payable or any other accounting preferably within one of the Big Four audit firms.
Spanish is a plus
Fluent english is a must for effective communications with foreign consultants
Proven experience in financial operations and reporting
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
