Attention to design and material execution is a top priority, ensuring that work is always carried out in highly demanding and stimulating contexts that foster creativity and innovation.Role Description:We are seeking a Site Manager, with 5 to 8 years experience in high end fit out and refurbishment projects to join us in our Istanbul offices to work on high end luxury retail projects.Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction
5+ years Site Management experience preferably in Retail, High End Interior fit out experience or similar
Flexibility with project work hours and locations
Strong people management and excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish
A team player who demonstrates both leadership and supportive qualities
Strong technical/construction background and knowledge with Proven track record and excellent organization skills.
Ability to plan ahead and anticipate potential issues along with solutions
Proficient in Autocad,MS Office Word, Excel and Projects

Responsibilities

Manage daily site operations, coordinate construction schedule, ensure timely, budget-friendly, high-quality project completion
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
Manage site personnel and subcontractors, overseeing site inductions, discipline, and PPE
Organize daily labor and material resources
Ensure site fabrications align with approved shop drawings
Develop estimates, budgets, schedules, and resource management reports for supervisors
Comply with legal regulations, building codes, safety standards, and other mandates
Supervise health and safety protocols on site
Generate progress reports for client and team meetings.
