Responding to HR-related requests, categorizing them, and forwarding to the relevant responsible person
Answering incoming phone calls to the HR department
Taking necessary actions to ensure meeting room arrangements for training preparation processes
Sending video interview invitations for recruitment processes
Organizing candidate interview schedules
Supporting the publication of job advertisements
Tracking job posting quotas

Qualifications

3rd-year university student or a master's degree student
Able to work at least 4 days a week
Result-oriented mindset
Studying or graduated from Business Administration,Engineering or related fields
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (multitasking skills)
