- Full accountability for the financial performance in relative product portfolio
- Set and manage annual KPIs and optimization plans to meet profitability targets.
- Define and execute the business development strategy for fintech ecosystem initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new revenue streams, and partnership opportunities
- Project Management
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify strategic opportunities.
- Propose and champion new product ideas, embedded finance solutions, and partnership models.
- Work with cross-functional teams, collaborate with technology, legal and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration, execution with full regulatory compliance.
- Partnership Development
- Establish, negotiate, and manage strategic relationships with fintechs, bank partners, technology providers and other ecosystem players.
- Lead deal structuring, commercial negotiations, and long-term collaboration models.
- Performance & Reporting
- Defining year on performance KPI's, project success metrics and feasibilities
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and with growth opportunities in mind .
- 2-5 years experience
- Experienced in banking, financial services, third party management and commercial operations
- Exceptional communication, persuasion and team working skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Risk knowledge and advance analytics experience is a plus
- Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- High level analytical skills and growth mindset
