- Preferably bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum Upper Intermediate in English both verbal and writing
- Fully computer literate with solid knowledge of MS Office
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Advance written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Having knowledge on drawing tools is an asset.
- Strong follow up, organization and planning skills
- High customer focus and teamwork spirit
- Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues
- Having strong customer relationship management skills
- Supporting project phases by completing required confirmation on both the customer & supplier side.
- Work on parts’ packaging design with the customer & Supplier and make the necessary updates on the internal database.
- Responsible to inform suppliers for phase in (new parts) and share necessary information.
- Audit parts packaging documents to ensure customers' are met required standards & quality.
- Supporting new projects’ parts packaging duration and making the required reports.
- Preparing foresight packaging studies for pre-project phasing and submit it to responsible Packaging Engineer.
- Decides if any special design packaging tool is required or not based on the data that provided by project teams.
- Download parts’ data and upload them to special software to determine pack quantity.
- Assist suppliers for a new part entry to customer database.
