Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Brand Management
  • Develop and execute the annual marketing calendar, campaigns, and activations.
  • Adapt global brand strategies to the Turkish market with relevance and impact.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Lead product launches and promotional campaigns with a strong ROI focus.
Consumer & Market Insights
  • Leverage market research, consumer insights, and sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with global/regional teams to integrate brand health tracking and voice-of-customer initiatives.
Campaign Management
  • Manage 360° marketing campaigns, including TV, digital, social, outdoor, in-store, and PR.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver best-in-class communications.
  • Oversee content development and brand storytelling on all owned and paid channels.
Digital Marketing & Innovation
  • Support digital growth strategy through CRM, loyalty, and e-commerce marketing.
  • Drive innovation in digital engagement, including influencer marketing and performance marketing.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Franchise teams to ensure integrated business planning.
  • Manage external agency relationships and cross-functional project teams.
  • Lead and develop junior marketing team members, if applicable.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 7-8 years of progressive experience in brand marketing or consumer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of QSR/FMCG industry dynamics is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns and brand management.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Highly analytical, creative, and consumer-obsessed mindset.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations or franchise models is a plus.
