- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or a related engineering field,
- Preferably experienced in a food manufacturing environment,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Strong analytical skills, result-oriented, and a team player,
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Balıkesir Susurluk, Bursa (Karacabey-Mustafakemalpaşa), Manyas, or Bandırma areas,
- Identifies and prioritizes loss elimination opportunities by analyzing daily and shift-based data,
- Ensures sustainability of CI tools used on the shop floor through regular monitoring,
- Works on the floor to collect data on losses and changes in the last 24 hours,
- Investigates root causes of major breakdowns and encourages countermeasure planning,
- Determines optimal settings on the lines and ensures their continuity, taking preventive actions as needed,
- Participates in daily management meetings, ensures performance and daily management boards are updated,
- Collaborates with Process Owners, Team Leaders, and Maintenance Leaders to address losses,
- Applies problem-solving techniques to eliminate chronic losses and supports related efforts,
- Carries out all other CI-related tasks assigned by management,
- Adheres to all GMP, hygiene, and cleaning standards, considering them in CI projects,
- Adjusts to various shift patterns when necessary to work with all shift employees,
- Uses MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and ensures data accuracy.
