- Drives sales activities to successful completion by integrating multiple aspects of the customers' needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continue business successfully
- Follow customers' sales are in line with the strategy and necessary action plans are defined and continuous updating of the forecast within the framework of the specified S&OP process with the help of IBP;
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target sectors (e.g., aerospace,automotive, marine, industrial applications);
- Prepare and deliver quotations - SAP calculation if necessary, negotiate contracts, and
- close sales;
- Provide technical advice and product recommendations based on customer;
- requirements;
- Monitor and report on market conditions, customer trends, and competitor activities;
- Collaborate with technology and quality teams to ensure customer specifications are met;
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth;
- Attend industry exhibitions, customer meetings, and site visits as required;
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering programs;
- 3+ years of experience in sales/account management, ideally within the aluminium or
- metals industry;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organised;
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events;
- Respective national language as well as foreign language English must, German is negotiable.
