- Min 2 years of work experience
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Strong computer skill , good command of MS office applications
- Hard working, proactive and having multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and teamwork spirit
- Open-minded, self-learner and flexible for change
- Able to work under pressure
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Driving license (class B) and being an active driver is preferred
- Be responsible for whole operation process from booking stage to delivery, ensuring all process is managed in compliance with internal guidelines and SOP requirements
- Processing received orders; booking with carriers, communicating with overseas offices & agents, providing information to customers about shipment status on regular basis
- Handling daily operations; following shipping instructions, other required documents & information with customers and ensuring all are submitted to required parties timely, sending departure/arrival notices
- Ensuring all systems are updated timely to reflect actual data
- Making any necessary shipment related arrangements with the suppliers
- Documentation follow up, Bill of Lading and Delivery Order issuance
- Invoicing and cost follow up
- Keeping requested reports for the shipment activities
