- Manage and improve inbound operations of after sales warehouse
- Ensure inventory accuracy by organizing and supervising periodic stock counts
- Handle customer and supplier claims, ensuring smooth operations for customers
- Monitor warehouse KPI's and create performance reports
- Assist in health & safety compliance for warehouse
- Communicate and evaluate suppliers to satisfy customer expectations
- At least bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent university fields
- Proficient oral and written skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and reporting for the quality platforms
- Advanced user of MS Office applications (especially Powerpoint and Excel)
- Customer-focused personality
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with attitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels globally
- Competent in problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
