Monitor and control all accounting activities to ensure records are complete and accurate, and in line with Turkish Tax Legislation and Haleon requirements
Reconcile Turkish Statutory books and IFRS books monthly
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of VAT1 / VAT2/ Withholding Tax/ Stamp Tax/ Corporate Income Tax decleration
Prepare Balance Sheet Review and Internal Controls of tax accounts as per deadlines and aligned with Haleon guidelines
Prepare annual Transfer Pricing Reports in line with corporate deadlines
Act as the first point of contact to internal stakeholders in terms of tax consultancy
Coordinate relation with internal/external auditors and support tax audit process
Closely follow-up latest Tax Legislation updates and inform related stakeholders with possible impacts to business

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
Good knowledge of Turkish Tax Legislation.
Preferably experience in tax audit processes
Min. 4 years of experience in related fields
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax and transfer pricing
Excellent MS Office and English skills
SAP knowledge is a plus

Able to manage priorities and generate accurate results within tight deadlines
A team player working effectively with other functions as well as a self-starter
Strong expertise in local and global accounting principles
Excellent follow-up skills
