· Collaborate with the Buying Manager to ensure all products meet fiit and quality expectationswithin budget and timelines.· Conduct fittings and provide accurate technical feedback on samples from proto to preproduction stage.· Create and maintain clear technical packs including specs, construction methods, BOMs, andfit comments.· Review and measure all incoming samples for accuracy and consistency in sizing andconstruction.· Communicate directly with suppliers and factories to resolve technical or quality issues andensure proper execution.· Monitor product grading and ensure size consistency across ranges and genders.*· Support cost optimization by suggesting construction alternatives while maintaining productintegrity.· Ensure technical documentation is maintained and up to date throughout the productdevelopment cycle.· Assist in identifying fabric or trim issues that may affect final garment quality or fiit.Global retail brandDigital Pattern , CLO knowledge· Degree or diploma in Garment Technology, Fashion Design, or a related field.· 4-6 years of experience in a garment tech or technical development role, ideally within amedium to high-end brand.· Experience working across both womenswear and menswear categories.· Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting standards, and fabric behavior.· Proficient in tech pack creation, spec measurements, and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of PLMsystems is a plus.· Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with design, buying,and suppliers.· Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem-solver.Our client is the largest retail company in the Middle East.
