- Lead the Sales team to exceed revenue targets and expand the hotel's client base.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting corporate, leisure, MICE, and group segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, DMCs, and corporate partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Accor regional sales teams to align on business priorities.
- Represent the hotel in major trade shows, sales missions, and networking events.
- Ensure consistent brand representation and high service standards in all client interactions.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of Istanbul's hospitality and corporate markets.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proven track record in driving sales performance in a luxury hotel setting.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required, Turkish is highly preferred.
