Bachelor's degree in related fields,
Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience,
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization,
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines,
Preferably fluent in English (both written & verbal),
Proficiency in MS Office applications,
Preferably experience in agile working model.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Execute end-to-end mass hiring process (sourcing applicants, screening resumes and interviewing candidates, reference checks, offer process etc.),
Support the recruitment process of all open positions of the company when needed,
Create candidate pool (using different career platforms, referrals etc.),
Provide standard update reports to recruitment team,
Consult with hiring managers to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for hiring needs,
Support internship programs,
