- Work with Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies for sustainable and profitable growth in Turkey
- Manage pricing data base account to escalation structures with customers and validate customer orders together with Sales Manager for OEM, OES products and prototypes
- Realize customer recoveries for all external market factors (RMI,energy,labor cost , inflation..etc)
- Realize acquisitions at BU level as support to customer line teams (RFQ analysis, cost and financial studies, quotation and offer preparations)
- Quotation,offer&order management for OES business
- Monitor overdues and collect the cash on time
- Customer One Time Payments recovery (tooling, R&D contribution… ) management
- End of production management and end of obligation period for OES products
- Sales interface with the customers
- Build trustful relationship with the customers
- Communicate internally the customer’s requirements to the different departments (customer lines, purchasing, engineering, plants, central functions)
- Tracks/initiates engineering change requirements internally and externally until closure
- Support project managers in negotiation and payments
- Any other additional tasks/projects/responsibilities as agreed with the sales manager

- Over 5 years of experience in Sales in Automotive Business at tier 1 level
