- Understand the market, opportunities and threats
- Define, even challenge of short/mid-term needs of the network in terms of value creation for the company and our franchisees
- Lead the definition of the Sales & Purchase strategy in a team work with management and operations
- Define strategy and tactics per Categories of products to ensure deployment of the Sales & Purchase strategy
- Make analysis and segmentation of the portfolio
- Maximize the supplier's products penetration and intensity in the network
- Build campaigns, incentives, mechanisms to support sell-in and sell-out of sourced products
- Work in close collaboration with Operations and fleet department to improve performance of the sourced products
- Make tenders and negotiate: Request For Information, Request For Quote, Request For Price (RFI, RFQ, RFP)…
- Build contractual agreements and manage the contracts
- Identify opportunities for value creation and progress
- Manage key performance metrics of the portfolio
- Define and manage progress plan with suppliers: Supplier Relationship Management, contract management…
- Define and manage progress plan with Operations for each category of products
- Facilitate application of Purchase to Pay process by internal and external partners
- In close relationship with Management, design the Marketplace tool and process that will allow us to grow the sales of our suppliers in the network
- Partner with our key suppliers to ensure they are joining the project at some point (roadmap)
- Build the business plan
- Lead the Design (with IT, Operations, Marketing…) and implementation (Go Live and Run) of the tool
- Evaluate/ anticipate risks (in particular business continuity) and implement mitigation action plans if needed,
- Solve claims (non-conformities, problems of supply…) in case of need
- Apply Sourcing to Contract and Purchase to Pay processes
- Ensure data quality on his/her scope
