We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.Join us and lead tech innovation for autonomous vehicles!You will:Works closely with our 3rd party logistics providers, customs broker , international customer representatives, delivery planners, shipping supervisors and operations to coordinate the timely shipment of international orders for Middle EastCoordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveriesPrepares timely management information and reports as requestedInterfaces daily with international sales department personnel and provides status of international sales ordersEnsures all export documentation is generated accurately and timelyEnsures all export shipments are invoiced on the day of shipmentYou are:University Degree in Business, Logistics, or related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishMinimum of 2 year experience in air, ocean or other international transportationsExperience with international logistics and conventional distribution center operations and experience interfacing with freight forwarders and customs brokersKnowledge in import/export documentation requirements and preparationVery good analytical and organizational skills, detail-oriented and ability to work under minimal supervisionSAP experience is an assetAbility to work with cultural differences in business relationships in the world areaMust be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levelsMust be able to operate in a fast-paced organization and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyJoin us!Thanks to its strategy focused on innovation, Valeo aims at reducing CO² emissions and developing intuitive driving to propose greener, safer, and smarter mobility.The fantastic (r)evolution towards the vehicule of the future provides amazing career opportunities and challenging jobs!Diversity by natureAt Valeo, innovation is driven by the diversity, authenticity and energy of its talents.
