Join our global TUI Musement Global People Services team as an HR Administrator - People Services.ABOUT THE JOB

Legal Registrations/end of contracts
Creating personnel files / Legal documents to new hires
Data maintenance in EC and SAP
Various administrative activities (confirmations, terminations, preparation of reports etc)
Planning of Occupational and H&S trainings
Cooperation with various Stakeholders (Finance, Reward, Recruitment, Placements, etc)
Participation in local as well as international HR projects

ABOUT YOU

There is more than one way to the perfect fit - here are some of the ideal things:
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in English
Good knowledge of MS Office
Previous experience in Business administration tasks will be an advantage
Empathy, honesty, transparency and confidentiality should be part of your personality
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Tourism/Communications
Organisation and Communication skills
