Renting out the vacant stores in the Shopping Centers with the selection of appropriate trademark and sector;
Analyzing monthly turnover of the stores;
Making the market research regarding the existent tenants and new nominees;
Providing regular flow of information to the company from the retail sector;
Analyzing and executing the renovation designs;
Following turnover and effort rates of the operating tenants, initiating and coordinating action plans;
Analyzing and defining structural issues on critical matters in the renovation or construction phases from the leasing point of view, informing commercial and technical departments during project development phase;
Negotiating and finalizing lease contracts;
Presenting the leasing deals on a monthly basis to the management.
